The rooms at Hôtel Restaurant Aux Deux Roses were just what we needed - peaceful and comfortable. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept us entertained, and the premium bedding was a dream. The bathroom with bath or shower and wc was a nice touch too, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of one feature - but that's just my subjective opinion. Others might still find enjoyment in it, so don't let it deter you from having a fantastic time at Hôtel Restaurant Aux Deux Roses.

Good value for money and a cosy hotel with a good restaurant.
As hikers take into account that it takes about 30 minutes to reach the nearest Vosges mountain range.

This hotel was excellent value for money. We arrived on a Sunday and the attached restaurant was also excellent. The room was spacious and all facilities were clean. The town itself is also very interesting, quiet and very clean. We would definitely return.

The rooms at Hôtel Restaurant Aux Deux Roses are amazing! They have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, which made our stay even better. The premium bedding provided us with the ultimate comfort we needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the bathroom with bath or shower and wc was the perfect touch to complete the room.
Personally, I would have preferred a different feature in the room, but that's just my taste.

Neuf-Brisach is a very nice historical town. There is a supermarket near the Hotel, so you do not need to go to restaurant but can buy food in the store.
The room looks very old and poorly maintainaid. Sound isolation is very poor - you can hear everything what happens in the neighbour rooms. Choice for breakfast is very poor. The weather was around +35 during my stay, and it was above +40 in the room - almost not possible to breathe. The lady at reception did not speak either English or German, I had tough time to explain what I need.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel during my cycle ride along the Rhine. The best part of my stay was the amazing Restaurant Aux Deux Roses. The food, wine, and ambience were exceptional. The hotel itself had a rustic charm and my room, although basic, was clean and adequate. It seemed to attract fellow cyclists, which created a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location in a historic town adds to its appeal for history enthusiasts like myself.
Nothing at all! 😊

Niva location in a historic small village. Perfect starting point for visits to the Alsace region. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean and fresh. Friendly and service-minded staff. Nice restaurant in the basement.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The value for money is incredible, especially considering the heavenly pastries at breakfast. The attention to detail in the rooms, including the provision of tea and coffee, is a nice touch. Located in a quiet street, it offers a peaceful stay.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect!

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, being in the center of the old town and very close to the church. The area is quiet and there are good walking areas nearby if you travel with your pet. The breakfast has a good choice of food and there are pastries and pattisseries available.
The bathroom was a bit rundown - for example, there were no hand/face towels available.

People working (owning?) the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. Hotel definately needs some updating, but rooms were clean and location is good. Very tasty crisp croissants for breakfast!

Convenient location and good value
Spent Christmas here and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the lively town square and local attractions. The room was clean and cozy, and despite the cold weather outside, the heating worked well. The breakfast was a highlight, with a nice selection of pastries and hot drinks available. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice about the best places to visit in the area. The free parking was a bonus, which allowed us to explore the nearby villages without any hassle.
The hotel lacked amenities such as a gym or spa, which would have been nice during the holidays. The wifi connection was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with family back home.

We loved the location of the hotel, in the heart of this quaint walled city. It was close to the church and within walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and everything was in good working order. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street in a lovely old town. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. The staff were attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, even including tea and coffee facilities. And the breakfast was a treat, with heavenly pastries to start the day.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

This hotel is a great find for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay near Colmar. The value for money is excellent, especially considering how overpriced Colmar can be. The location in a quiet, nice town with interesting ramparts adds to the charm of the stay. The staff are friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to accommodate us with an early check-in. Additionally, the breakfast was a delight, with heavenly pastries and a continental-style spread.
All was well during our stay.
